12-Step Implementation Plan

STEP 1 Orientation - development of management and reporting procedures; establishment of tools and infrastructure for formal and informal communications between you and CCSI/ImageIN™; definition of roles and responsibilities of the overall implementation team; finalization of timelines and milestones.

STEP 2 Process Definition - define business procedures and other critical functions; document and understand all paper flows and exception handling, all process variations, all process bottlenecks, all operational inefficiencies and organizational effectiveness.

STEP 3 Solidify user awareness and comfort level with imaging.

STEP 4 Requirements finalization - define all user screens, all systems administration functions and all system interface requirements between related systems.

STEP 5 Definition of all imaging/client system interfaces.

STEP 6 Construct all program enhancements and user-defined customization.

STEP 7 System Integration and Testing - integrate and test the proper functionality of the system.

STEP 8 Site Preparation ensure that site is prepared to accept system.

STEP 9 Install system and bring "on-line".

STEP 10 Site Acceptance - you perform tests to verify that the system meets specifications.

STEP 11 End-user training is initiated.

STEP 12 On-site support is provided for designated system administrator to ensure proper use of system.
